Let our certified yoga instructor guide you through daily Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin classes. Each session includes 15 minutes of meditation & pranayama. No need to bring your own mats-we provide everything

Whatever your individual goals, our surf school partner Dawn Patrol is there to help. Our lessons provide a safe and inclusive learning environment. Lessons will take place primarily at Balangan Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Bali, with one of the best waves too!

Pratice yoga in our guesthouse’s dedicated shala, fully equipped with everything you need. Our certified and experienced teachers offer guided sessions in Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin yoga. Each day, you’Il also engage in meditation and pranayama to support your overall well-being. These practices are thoughtfully designed to complement your surfing, enhancing flexibility, balance and focus while being attentive to your body and any injuries you may have. Enjoy a personalized approach to yoga that nurtures both your mind and body.
